1. We have enhanced our country drop-down menu for contact editing.
Previously, countries were listed alphabetically for every contact menu. Now, we have refined this process based on the following criteria:
- If the admin’s contacts are from more than five countries, all these relevant countries will be displayed above the separation line.
- If the admin’s contacts are from five countries or fewer, these countries will be shown above the separation line, followed by other countries from our master data (in alphabetic order).
This modification aims to expedite the country selection process based on the administrator’s existing contacts, ultimately enhancing the user experience.
2. Entering the KvK number for a company will not be a mandatory field on the portal.
The KvK number will only be mandatory on the Organization and Administration Info pages. Everywhere else, the client will be able to save changes without compulsorily specifying a KvK number (even if it is not a company or a test company).
