1. What is Smart OK mobile application?

Smart OK mobile application helps user to easily authorise and confirm documents from his smartphone.

2. Where can I find my administrations? I cannot find my administrations?

You can click on the header section where administration name is displayed. On click of administration name a list of administration will be displayed.

 

3. Where can I set user rights and roles? How can I set user right and roles?

User roles and rights can only be set from Smartbooqing portal. For more information, visit the link:

 

4. Where can I set Smart OK application rules? How can I set Smart OK application rules?

Smart OK application rules can only be set from Smartbooqing portal. For more information, visit the link

 

5. When I login to application I get this error message 'No right to access Authorisation' ?

You can contact your administrator and request them to provide authorisation rights from Smartbooqing portal.

 

6. Where can I find my pending documents for authorisation/ confirmation?

You can find you pending documents in the dashboard. You can select an administration to view the pending documents.

 

7. What are the significance of authorisation app icons? What are different types of icons?

Icons indicate the sources for document as well as actions performed over it. You can view more details on this link:

 

8. What actions an authoriser can take?

Authoriser can authorise or reject a document.

 

9. I have authorised a document but cannot find it in confirmation tab, even having a rights of Rule manager ?

A document can be sent for multiple authorisation. Based on the authorisation rules you can see the document in the confirmation tab.

 

10. What actions a confirmer can take?

Confirmer can confirm or reject a document.

 

11. Can I search for a document?

Yes, you can search a document from its respective section only using the search bar in top right corner.

 

 

12. How to change the language (EN/ NL)?

You can change the language from the profile section.

 

13. How do I change my PIN code?

You can change the Pin from the profile section.
